Speaker Jerry Cameron presents
“The Economic and Social Costs of the Drug War” when he meets with students and faculty of Jacksonville University. Jerry was Chief of Police of two small town departments for a total of eleven years and is a graduate of the 150th Session of the FBI National Academy, the DEA Basic Drug Enforcement Course, and two DEA Advanced Drug Enforcement Professional Institutes. Jerry will discuss a host of issues related to the failure of drug prohibition and why LEAP exists, what its goals and missions are and why the members of LEAP speak out against prohibition. LEAP was invited by The Davis Center of Leadership’s Circle of Excellence and the JU Economics Society. Location: Jacksonville University. Room and building to be determined.
