OpenDoors, a Providence-based non-profit that serves formerly incarcerated individuals and their families, will be hosting a rally calling on the legislature to enact Rhode Island’s twin bills to decriminalize marijuana possession. H 7092 and S 2253 would replace current criminal penalties for possession of up to an ounce of marijuana with a $150 civil fine.
