The seminar is being planned to host a series of workshops in the morning regarding topics such as counseling, pharmaceuticals, prevention and industry with members of the ONU law school, counseling center, the coroner, and others participating in the presentations.
After lunch, the debate will be held on heroin legalization with the opponent arguing against legalization being Kevin Hill, a professor from the ONU law school.
The event is free and open to all members of the ONU campus and the surrounding communities. It is being hosted through the Department of History, Politics, and Justice, with the assistance of the Public Interest Law Association.
The event will take place on Saturday, April 21, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. The debate will take place from approximately 1 until 3 p.m. Time will be allotted for questions and comments
