This event is being held as part of NORML@UCF’s Speaker Series. NORML would like Mr. Frank to come and speak about his experiences as a law enforcement official, violence he has seen first had as a result of the war on marijuana, why he feels there needs to be a change in our marijuana policy, and how we can attempt to end the violence seen as a result of the current marijuana policy.
