The chat will be hosted by Mike Sacks and they are looking for a law enforcement official who can join a conversation based on an NY Times piece about whether or not investigations should include a look at a persons’ cell phone — the courts are a bit torn up about it, and while most might see it instinctively as a matter of privacy, we want to get someone who can explain why this is up for debate from a security perspective.
