This months speaker will be Retired LAPD Deputy Chief of Police
Stephen Downing. Stephen helped to implement the “War on Drugs” in
Los Angeles, and had witnessed first hand the destruction that it
caused. He is now a speaker for LEAP (Law Enforcement Against
Prohibition), and involved in the Regulate Marijuana like Wine
