“Week of drug policy.” with one of the meetings/debate titled: “Why punish people for drugs.” Participants in the debate were the best known and respected people working at the problem of drug addicts in Poland. Leszek had a speech as an invited guest and was presented as the first policeman in poland “converted” to the good side. He told a little about his activities as an undercover officer for 20 years, gave examples of the futility of prohibitive policy.
