James Anthony will be representing LEAP at the “All-Day Educational Conference” being hosted by the Mendocino Medical Marijuana Advisory Board. James will be discussing the mission of LEAP and numerous issues related to the failures of drug prohibition, including the DEA’s war on sick people.
